Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into sales. You should be confident, well-spoken, and able to handle rejections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

· Promote and explain company products/services to potential clients.

· Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline.

· Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.

· Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to sales.

· Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools.

· Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate, Male preferred with minimum 3-5 years of experience

· Fixed working hours with occasional extended hours to meet targets.

· Persuasive and results-driven approach.

· Good listening and negotiation skills.

· Ability to learn about products/services and explain them clearly.

· Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
