Job Description:


• 4+ years proven experience with Oracle BI Publisher and report design, HCM Extracts, and SQL development in a Core HR context.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting

• Experience in creating and managing HCM Extracts

• Strong Core HR domain knowledge, including understanding of HR processes, configurations, and data

• Familiarity with Pod alignment in Oracle Core HR.

• Ability to work with business analysts and HRIS teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ability to design and maintain effective data models for reporting purposes.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Design and develop complex reports using Oracle BI Publisher, including HR-related reports like payroll, employee details, benefits, and more.

• Build and maintain data models, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data being reported

Immediate to 15 days joiners are preferred.
