About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT roles using job portals, networking, and social platforms
2. Understand technical job requirements by closely coordinating with hiring managers and technical leads
3. Conduct HR interviews to assess communication, experience, and cultural fit
4. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
5. Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS records regularly
6. Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
7. Negotiate compensation, prepare offer letters, and support onboarding processes
8. Stay updated with industry hiring trends, market insights, and competitive salary benchmarks
