Shift Responsibilities (Applicable to All Duty Managers)
- Check emails and follow up on open complaints with vendors for closure.
- Attend vendor staff briefings and cross-check manpower with attendance registers.
- Sign General and Height Work Permits.
- Conduct daily rounds of campus, common areas, and washrooms.
- Prepare and share scheduled inspection reports (Terrace, Basement, Car ramp, Staircase, Stores, etc.).
- Attend and contribute to Shift Briefings.
- Coordinate with licensees on operation-related work and cross-check schedules.
- Verify vendor daily reports, log complaints in Asset Infinity, and ensure timely closure of soft services.
- Arrange logistics for CTC Promotional Activities, Nirlon Food & Lifestyle Events, and other licensee programs.
- Assist with assembly area setup, pest control, fire drills, and manpower arrangements.
- Provide operational support for licensee events (Family Day, Pride Walk, Floor Inaugurations, VVIP visits).
- Monitor and check façade leakages in licensee premises.
- Support licensee fit-out material shifting through designated routes.
- Distribute Diwali gifts to licensees and in-house vendors.
- Supervise canteen area cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the Medical Center for operations.
- Handle issues related to animals, birds, and reptiles within the premises.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong facility and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to handle operational challenges in real time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Facility Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- 3–5 years of experience in facility/operations management.
- Experience handling vendors, audits, and large-scale property operations.
- Familiarity with tools like Asset Infinity for complaint and service tracking.
