Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market research methodologies and be proficient in reviewing survey data, performing initial analysis, developing insights and presenting findings through visuals. This role strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating professional reports and presentations for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data review and analysis:

  • Review and validate survey data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct initial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Conduct Quality Control of all data before presentation to client.

Data Interpretation and Visualization:

  • Create clear and impactful graphs, charts, and visuals to communicate key findings.

  • Develop and deliver reports using PowerPoint, ensuring visuals and insights are well-aligned with objectives.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data visualizations.

  • Utilize excel functionalists to manage and analyze data efficiently

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the team to understand data findings and context as well as project goals and deliverables.

  • Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences, tailoring the presentation style as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Proficient in reviewing survey data, performing initial analysis, developing insights and presenting findings through visuals.

  • Experience in market research or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating professional reports and presentations for various stakeholders.

  • Skills:

  • Exceptional design and layout skills with a strong eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
