The Role:
We are looking for a sharp, passionate, and digitally-savvy Client Servicing professional to be the vital link between our key clients and our internal creative and strategy teams. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly, and helping to grow our client relationships. You'll get your hands dirty in everything from social campaigns and influencer partnerships to performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
 - Develop a deep understanding of your clients' business, brand, and industry.
 - Translate client needs into clear creative briefs for our internal teams (creative, strategy, media).
 - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple versatile projects simultaneously.
 - Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls with confidence.
 - Work with the strategy team to develop social media calendars, campaign plans, and performance reports.
 - Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., engagement rates, conversion metrics) and provide insightful recommendations to clients.
 - Ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard.
 - Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
 
What We're Looking For (Experience & Skills):
- 1-4 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Management, Client Servicing) within an advertising, digital marketing, or social media agency. 
(This is non-negotiable – you must understand agency pace and processes). - A solid understanding of the digital landscape: social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube), influencer marketing, performance marketing, and content creation.
 - Proven experience managing multiple projects and clients without dropping the ball.
 - Exceptional communication skills – you're clear, concise, and persuasive both verbally and in writing.
 - You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver.
 - You are comfortable reading analytics and drawing business insights from data.
 - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to change.
