*Job Description:*

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our QA team. As a Testing Intern/Full-time Associate, you will test websites, CRMs, automation tools, and AI agents to ensure seamless performance and reliability. This role is perfect for detail-oriented candidates who enjoy identifying issues, improving user experiences, and contributing to high-quality product delivery.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Test websites, CRMs, automation tools, and AI agents for functionality and usability.

* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios.

* Identify, document, and report bugs or performance issues.

* Collaborate with the development and business teams to ensure timely fixes.

* Conduct regression testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing before product releases.

Qualifications:

* Basic understanding of software testing principles.

* Familiarity with websites, CRMs, or automation tools is a plus.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

* Excellent communication skills to clearly report findings.

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.

*Internship Details:*

Location: Hyderabad / On-site

Stipend (Interns): ₹5000 per month
