About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Business Analyst (Fintech)
to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the successful design, development, and implementation of fintech products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations.
  • Support product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in creating wireframes, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and risk management standards.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand fintech product requirements such as payments, lending, digital banking, or wealth management solutions.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support quality assurance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of fintech domains such as payments, digital banking, lending, wealth management, or blockchain.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Balsamiq).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, PCI DSS, etc.) is an advantage.
