Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead performance testing strategies using LoadRunner, JMeter, and other tools.
  • Execute complex test scenarios across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and drive resolution.
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, and infra teams to align testing scope.
  • Oversee environment setup, data provisioning, and monitoring integration.
  • Review and refine test documentation, dashboards, and client reports.
  • Mentor Associates and contribute to knowledge sharing and process standardization.
  • Integrate performance testing into Agile/DevOps workflows.
  • Support client discussions, delivery planning, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Advanced scripting and debugging skills across tools and languages.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and performance KPIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD, APM tools, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have:

  • ISTQB Advanced Level Certification.
  • Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with service virtualization and test data management tools.
  • Exposure to multi-tier enterprise systems and distributed architectures.
