About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal support, represent clients in court, draft legal documents, and handle various litigation and advisory matters efficiently and ethically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other authorities.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, agreements, and notices.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on civil, criminal, corporate, and regulatory matters.
  • Manage case files, coordinate with clients, and assist senior advocates when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); enrollment with Bar Council mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures and case law.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.).

Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior experience in litigation, corporate law, or legal advisory.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and client service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹65,000.00 per month
