About the Role

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer (Golang) to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs that power our applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Integrate databases, caching, and message queues.
  • Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang (Go).
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience with API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and versioning.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with gRPC, Redis, or Kafka/RabbitMQ.
  • Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with frontend integration or DevOps practices.
