Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Accurately document all interactions in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with supervisors for escalated queries.
  • Stay updated with service information and standard procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication in English (B2 level proficiency required).
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computing knowledge and experience with telephone systems.
  • Patience and resilience when handling difficult situations.

  • Open to work in rotational shifts.

  • Educational Qualification: HSC / Any Graduate

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of Experienced in International BPO Voice Process is mandatory.

  • Should possess a good understanding of customer service and call handling best practices.

  • Work From Office only

  • Both-side cab facility based on transport grid
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
