Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns
across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. - Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels.
- Conduct
A/B testing
on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance. - Monitor and optimize
campaign KPIs
: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more. - Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align campaign strategies.
- Leverage tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Data Studio
to track performance and generate reports. - Implement retargeting strategies and
customer acquisition funnels
across digital platforms. - Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall digital strategy to boost brand visibility and sales.
Required Skills:
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in
performance/digital marketing
. - Proven track record of
managing D2C campaigns
and achieving high ROAS. - Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency in platforms:
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager. - Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
- Experience with
e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in
electronics or gadget-based D2C
brands. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage).
- Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
