As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities for both civil construction and interior work. You will ensure the work is completed on time, within quality standards, and as per drawings and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site civil and interior works.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors.
  • Monitor material usage and maintain daily site records.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on site.
  • Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports and updating management.
  • Resolve site issues and report problems promptly.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of civil construction methods and interior fit-out works.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Strong site management and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of measurements and quantity calculations.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Location: Project sites (Residential & Corporate Interiors)
