Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Vocal Music Teacher to join our esteemed institution in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in vocal music, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students to achieve musical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Delivery: Teach vocal music to students, covering various genres and techniques.
  • Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Performance Preparation: Prepare students for recitals, performances, and competitions, ensuring they are performance-ready and confident.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Student Engagement: Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods and extracurricular activities.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience in vocal music.
  • Musical Proficiency: Strong understanding of music theory and vocal techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with students and colleagues, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms is a plus.
