Urgent Hiring – US Freight Broker (Night Shift)

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh

Shift: Night (US Process)

Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years in US Logistics / Freight Brokerage

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 (Based on experience + Incentives)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced US Freight Brokers to join a reputed logistics company in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with hands-on experience in load booking, carrier negotiation, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers

Negotiate freight rates and margins

Post and book loads using load boards

Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries

Track shipments and update clients regularly

Generate new leads and onboard customers through cold calling and networking

Maintain data in CRM and daily activity reports

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of US Freight Brokerage / Logistics experience (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of US trucking lanes, equipment types, and carrier base
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and load boards
  • Ability to work in night shift (US timing)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
