Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing and coordinating freight shipments, maintaining relationships with carriers and customers, and ensuring efficient dispatching. The role involves handling customer inquiries, negotiating rates, and managing accounts. The Freight Broker will work closely with the team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
- Experience in Dispatching and Account Management
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
