Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Audit Manager. The Audit Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. They will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, provide recommendations for process improvements, and ensure proper risk management practices. The role also involves mentoring and managing a team of audit staff and coordinating with clients directly to address their audit-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles.
  • Experience conducting Financial Audits and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
  • Extensive understanding of relevant financial reporting and accounting standards, including IFRS and Ind AS, is preferred.
