Description

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data within Company particularly within the OneSource data warehouse.

This role involves developing and implementing data quality management processes, tools, and standards to monitor and improve data quality across various data domains. The Data Quality Program Lead collaborates with business units to define data quality metrics, establish data quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Play an integral role in developing a the data quality program for Company.
  • The Data Quality Program Lead also works closely with IT and data governance teams to develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Conducting data quality assessments, implementing data cleansing, validation, and enrichment processes, and leading root cause analysis of data quality issues This role involves fostering a data- driven culture within the organization by promoting the value of data, providing training and education on data literacy, and encouraging data- driven decision- making at all levels
