Role & responsibilities RPA Business Analyst (International travel)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify automation opportunities through onsite visits to global manufacturing facilities
  • Partner directly with Plant VPs and Directors to understand operational challenges
  • Conduct in-depth feasibility analyses and document process workflows
  • Translate business requirements into detailed RPA functional specifications
  • Collaborate with RPA developers to ensure high-quality automation solutions
  • Support UAT and manage end-to-end deployment processes
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and drive successful implementation

What Were Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to RPA projects
  • Deep understanding of automation tools and enterprise digital transformation
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally for process discovery and business engagement
