Job Description – Mechanical BIM Modeler (MEP)

Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

Industry: Engineering / Design Company

Qualification:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E. Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years (Experienced candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for Mechanical MEP services using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Prepare detailed HVAC, piping and plumbing layouts, equipment models, and fabrication/shop drawings.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
• Review and update models as per design changes and project standards.
• Support engineers and project managers with accurate BIM data and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM execution plan and company standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks (mandatory).
• Good understanding of Mechanical MEP systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
