Job Title Mechanical BIM Modeler Location Nanguneri Tirunelveli District Tamil Nadu Job Type Permanent - Full Time Experience 3 to 5 Years Qualification BE B Tech Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Salary Range 30 000 - 50 000 per month CTC To assist the BIM Coordinator and Senior BIM Modeler to deliver the allocated projects to meet the project goals and deliverable dates To provide 3 stages of drawing work during project execution Drawing Set-up Drawing Production and Drawing Submission To support the team in drawing production and standard implementation in strategic direction as instructed by BIM Coordinator To support in providing direction in emerging technologies associated with CAD and Revit Hands on experience in Revit MEP BIM modeling BIM360 experienced MEP modeler is mandatory Detailed modelling for HVAC Mechanical Electrical PHE Fire Protection service support structure modeling Expert level in creating editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters Detailed modelling for HVAC Mechanical Electrical PHE services with Sections 3D views enlarged views Annotation and Detailing Quantity schedules templates Title sheet setting etc Performing clash analysis within services for all other services solving the clashes if any Preparation of Project Setup in REVIT MEP Creating Multiuser work sharing environment in Revit MEP Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
