Responsibilities
- At least 5 years of quality leadership role and handling multiple client program in FTE span of 600+
- Prior experience in should be outbound voice process in quality lead role.
- BPO back ground is must for this role.
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations.
- Update the product updates time to time to the team and associates.
- Handle a team of 25 Quality Analyst team.
- Schedule monthly basis PKT in the process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be comfortable presenting in client meeting and discussion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- 5+ years' relevant work experience
- Highly organized with excellent and power point attention to detail
