About the Role

We're seeking an experienced SAP QM professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze quality management processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations, identifying improvement opportunities aligned with SAP QM functionality.
  • Configure and customize the SAP QM module for quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective quality management solutions.
  • Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide user training and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM functional and technical issues.
  • Participate in SAP projects, including implementations, rollouts, and upgrades with a focus on QM functionality and process integration.
  • Support integration between QM and other SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, SD) for consistent quality-related data flows.
  • Manage master data related to quality inspection plans, sampling procedures, catalogs, and quality certificates.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications.
  • Experience configuring quality control processes (incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection).
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM, PP, and PM.
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces related to QM.
  • SAP S/4HANA QM experience is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit support in a manufacturing or life sciences environment is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required.
