Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Application Developer – Oracle Cloud Middleware
professional with strong expertise in
Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations
,
HCM Extracts
, and
Fast Formulas
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow between HCM and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and integration solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware technologies.
  • Support end-to-end HCM integration processes including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in HCM integrations, extracts, and formulas.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices in integration development.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 5 to 12 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Mandatory:

  • Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts.

  • Expertise in Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, or Compensation).

  • Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).

  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST Web Services, and file-based integrations (FBL/HDL).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good To Have

  • Knowledge of BI Publisher Reports, Payroll Integrations, or REST API-based solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tools or scripting.
  • Exposure to Core HR, Payroll, or Benefits modules.
