Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Executive (Female) to contribute to generating sales for our real estate business. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer real estate solutions accordingly.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up with potential leads and existing clients.
  • Update CRM systems with details of customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build strong knowledge of real estate projects and market trends.
  • Requirements: Female candidates preferred.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good command of Hindi and English.
  • Familiarity with Real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
  • Working Days & Hours:Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday Off / Roster-based)
