Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Process & Invoice Processing Executive to join our Finance & Operations team. The role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, invoice verification, and ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing:

  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
  • Support reconciliation of accounts and vendor ledgers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve transaction-related queries.

Invoice Processing:

  • Receive and review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes (3-way matching).
  • Process invoices in the ERP/accounting system within defined timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST/TDS) and company payment policies.
  • Follow up with vendors for pending invoices or clarifications.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • Generate and share regular reports on invoice and payment status.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
  • Knowledge of invoice processing and accounts payable cycle preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting tools (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience may apply.
