  • B.Tech from a premier (tier-1) institute is required. MBA from a tier-1 institute is a plus.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in manufacturing (operations, process, or projects). Candidates with experience in manufacturing industry roles or consulting firms are preferred.
  • Strong program management, analytical, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Chief of Staff to the MD: drive strategic priorities and ensure effective execution across functions.
  • Program-manage the transformation agenda, including manufacturing excellence, customer-centric initiatives (KAM), digital projects, and international expansion.
  • Coordinate and track outcomes across the Management Committee to ensure alignment and delivery of commitments.
  • Lead and deliver independent, high-impact projects in operations, growth strategy, and capability building.
  • Support strategy formulation and execution for core and new businesses (battery materials, specialty chemicals, and adjacent opportunities).
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement and advocacy plans (internal and external).
  • Prepare and review business presentations, dashboards, and management updates for Board and group-level reviews.

Profile Requirements

  • Engineering or business graduate. (B.Tech requirement noted above.)
  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in manufacturing (operations, process, or projects); overall experience in program management, consulting, or business transformation is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, structured problem-solving, and strong stakeholder management.
  • Ambitious, organized, and able to perform in a high-intensity environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Kolkata and travel as required.
