Job Description
Key Accountabilities:Diary ManagementCommunication and CorrespondenceMeeting ManagementExpense and Claims settlementGeneral office AdministrationData Management – Analysis, consolidation & compilation of data for reviewsClient Management – Visit, QBRs, events etc.Leader Support – Manage e-mail, meeting schedule, travel itineraries other logistical support, etc.Good hold on Stakeholder Management - Internal and External. Candidate Specification:Should be a Graduate (Any stream)Must have minimum 8-9years of work experience as an EA with a reputed MNCDiploma in secretarial practice (Preferred)Good command over English language - both spoken and written.Should be able to take independent correspondence.Should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Location: Gurgaon
