Functional/Business Expertise Required:

  • Good understanding of fund administration systems and the transfer agency process
  • Good understanding of Transfer Agency software such as Deep Pool Mantra / Purview
  • Good understanding/writing experience in Mantra/Purview reporting
  • Good understanding of processing Investor transactions (Subscription,Redemptions,Transafers)
  • Better understanding of Orders and pricing
  • Better understanding of estimate, final NAV & Profit loss allocation
  • Good understanding of fund structure
  • Better understanding of FACTA and investor screening
  • A high level of familiarity with global anti-money laundering and KYC standard
  • Worked on transfer Agency software upgrade & migration.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • 3-7 years of related experience in Investor Services and Fund Admin.
  • Experience in setup and maintenance of fund/Investor Data on transfer agency system.
  • Good experience in Class, Legal Entity, Portfolio, Contact setup and working.
  • Experience in set up of Mantra Web profiles & report setup
  • Experience in SSIS Jobs setup and maintenance
  • Experience in Import jobs monitoring and processing
  • Connect with operation to understand & resolve their issues.
  • Strong command on SQL, DBA and advance Excel
  • Connect with auditors & able to handle their queries.
  • Expertise in Market Value, Performance, Management Fee calculations.
  • Able to handle reporting issue/New requirement raised by operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Create and maintain Business documentation, including user manuals and guides.

  • Good team player, ability to work on a local, regional, and global basis.
  • Good communication & management skills
  • Good understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets/ Fund Administration
