Campaign Manager

We are looking for a CRM & Campaign Executive/Manager with 23 years of experience to manage customer engagement campaigns and CRM operations using leading platforms like WebEngage or others - Infobip, mCarbon, and Karix. The ideal candidate will execute and optimize marketing campaigns to improve customer retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM tools (WebEngage or others - Infobip, mCarbon, and Karix) to ensure smooth campaign execution and data-driven decision-making.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and In-App messages.
- Handle RCH (Regulatory Communication Handling), SMS DLT approvals, and WhatsApp message whitelisting to ensure compliance before campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Explore new features in WebEngage, Infobip, mCarbon, and Karix to enhance user engagement.
- Track CRM campaign results and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Ensure timely customer notifications for incomplete journeys (e.g., loan applications).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM operations or campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with WebEngage or others - Infobip, mCarbon, and Karix.
- Practical knowledge of RCH processes, SMS DLT approval systems, and WhatsApp template whitelisting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
