Role: Campaigns ManagerLocation: PuneResponsibilities:· Strategy Development:o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.o Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.o Define clear KPIs and track performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.o Start with Google and Meta campaigns and then progressively add performance platforms like snapchat, Amazon ads, quick commerce platforms, retail media networks and so on.· Campaign Management:o Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Facebook Ads campaigns.o Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.o Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to improve campaign performance.· Audience Targeting:o Develop targeted audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.o Utilize advanced targeting options to reach the right audience at the right time.o Continuously refine targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.· Analytics and Reporting:o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance.o Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.o Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.· Team Management:o Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.o Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.o Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.· 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.· In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including their latest features and best practices.· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.· Excellent project management and organizational skills.· Experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.· Strong communication and presentation skills.· A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.Preferred Qualifications:· Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, SEO, and social media.· Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.· Experience with data-driven decision making and optimization techniques.· A strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.If you're a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing, we encourage you to apply.
