We are engaging an experienced Freelance App Developer with strong Flutter expertise to deliver cross-platform mobile applications on a project-by-project basis. The engagement is outcome-focused, with clearly defined scope, milestones, and timelines for each assignment.

This opportunity is suitable for independent professionals who can take ownership of deliverables and collaborate with designers and backend teams as required for successful project execution.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS.
  • Translate functional requirements, user stories, and UI designs into robust mobile applications.
  • Architect modular, reusable, and maintainable Flutter components aligned with best practices.
  • Implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces with attention to usability and accessibility.
  • Integrate backend services including RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
  • Manage application state using appropriate state management approaches (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, etc.).
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure stable project delivery.
  • Debug issues, refactor code where required, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Use Git-based version control to manage source code and collaboration.
  • Support build generation and submission to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, where part of the project scope.
  • Prepare and hand over technical documentation, source code, and build artifacts at project completion.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development using Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widget lifecycle, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience with state management frameworks and patterns.
  • Experience integrating APIs, authentication mechanisms, and cloud-based services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
  • Knowledge of mobile security best practices and data handling standards.
  • Exposure to native Android or iOS development is an added advantage.

Job Type: Freelance

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹ ₹600.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
