About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager with proven experience in debt collections to manage client portfolios, drive recovery strategies, and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit control, negotiation, and compliance within the collections process.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients or accounts within the collections portfolio.
  • Develop and execute customized collection strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize bad debt.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication.

Debt Recovery Operations

  • Oversee collection activities and ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and client SLAs.
  • Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or payment terms with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze delinquent accounts, flagging high-risk cases for escalation.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on collection performance, recovery rates, and key metrics.
  • Use analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving collection efficiency.
  • Present performance updates and recommendations to senior management and clients.

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable debt collection laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, operations, and finance) to streamline collection processes.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements for improved client satisfaction and recovery outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹250,000.00 per month
