Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics / Data Science Instructor to conduct live online classes, deliver a structured curriculum, guide students through practical projects, and ensure they develop strong, industry-ready analytical skills. The role requires the instructor to combine technical expertise with clear teaching ability so learners can understand complex concepts in a simple, practical way.

This role is remote, and sessions are conducted live via Zoom.The role includes weekday teaching and weekend support for student evaluations and mock interviews.

This position is fully remote and designed to suit working professionals who want to teach part-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live training sessions in Data Analytics / Data Science using a structured, industry-focused curriculum.
  • Teach Python for data, SQL, Excel, statistics, and data visualization tools.
  • Guide students through real-world projects, datasets, and case studies that reflect actual industry challenges.
  • Explain complex concepts in a simple, beginner-friendly manner.
  • Conduct mock interviews, technical evaluations, and assess students' job readiness.
  • Take doubt-clearing sessions and provide individualized feedback when needed.
  • Track student progress and adjust teaching methods when required.
  • Work with the academic team to improve and update content aligned with current industry standards.

Work Schedule

  • Weekday Classes (Mon–Fri) : Live sessions scheduled post 7:00 PM (1 to 1.5 hours per day).
  • Weekend Responsibilities (Sat/Sun) : Mock interviews and student evaluations for 1–2 hours (flexible scheduling).

This structure allows the instructor to manage a full-time job while contributing to CodingWise in the evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong working experience ( 3+ years ) in Data Analytics or Data Science roles.
  • Practical expertise in:

-Python (Basic to advance programming , Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)

-SQL

-Excel (basic to advanced)

-Power BI or Tableau

-Statistics and applied analytical techniques

  • Ability to teach and demonstrate industry-ready skills through real example scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Comfortable conducting mock interviews, evaluating student performance, and preparing them for placement rounds.
  • Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is preferred.

Good to Have

  • Understanding of Machine Learning basics.
  • Experience using generative AI/LLMs for analytics tasks.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Experience training freshers or early-career professionals.

Compensation

  • Part-time monthly compensation based on the number of batches handled per month, including teaching sessions, mock interviews, and evaluations for that batch.
  • Compensation is competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • Exact details will be discussed individually based on the instructor's experience and batch responsibilities.
