Job Description: Creative Designer – Marketing Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creativity, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual content. As a Creative Designer, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives, ensuring our messaging resonates with target audiences across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Development: Create visually stunning and engaging designs for marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, banners and presentations.

  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with business goals.

  • Innovative Solutions: Develop unique design solutions to convey complex messages in a visually appealing and impactful manner.

  • Campaign Execution: Support product launches and marketing initiatives by designing key visuals, promotional assets, and creative campaigns.

  • Video and Animation: Create basic video edits, animations, and motion graphics to elevate marketing content (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to the table.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (1+ years) as a Creative Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.

  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across various mediums.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
