Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Designer located in Kochi. The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and developing visual content that aligns with branding strategies. This role involves day-to-day tasks such as designing graphics, web content, and other creative materials. The Creative Designer will collaborate with various teams to ensure the consistency and quality of the visual representation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for in-house projects (brochures, presentations, social media, website visuals).


• Design engaging graphics for client promotions, including digital campaigns and travel offers.


• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to deliver high-quality, innovative designs.


• Present design ideas, gather feedback, and revise materials as needed.


• Maintain consistency in branding and style across all deliverables, adhering to company standards.


• Assist in developing multimedia content, including basic video editing when required.


• Stay updated with design trends, travel industry standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:


• 0–2 years of experience in graphic/design roles (internships/freelance included).


• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).


• Strong creative portfolio showing relevant projects/designs.


• Good understanding of color, composition, and typography.


• Basic communication and project coordination skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.


• Interest in travel, tourism, or related creative fields is preferred.

Work Hours:

  • UK shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday (to align with UK business hours).
