Role & Responsibilities
✓ Research new technologies, materials, and processes.
✓ Develop prototypes and test concepts for feasibility and performance.
✓ Collaborate with product development, design, and production teams to bring innovations to market.
✓ Continuously improve products and processes for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
✓ Create virtual assembly designs on software before production trials.
✓ Develop punching dies for profile machining.
✓ Provide training & technical guidance to the installation team for new developments.
✓ Design and draft components for outsourced work.✓ Handle VMC tasks and related operations.
✓ Resolve technical queries from production and installation teams.
✓ Develop vendors for moulding with high-quality surface finishes.
What We're Looking For
✓ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field.
✓ Hands-on experience in R&D, product development, tooling, or die development.
✓ Strong knowledge of CAD software and virtual assembly tools.
✓ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
