Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automation QA Engineer with strong experience in Java-based automation frameworks to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium or similar tools.


• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.


• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects.


• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.


• Participate in code reviews, defect triage meetings, and continuous integration processes.


• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.


• Report, track, and validate defects through tools like JIRA.


• Ensure test environments and data are properly set up and maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• 3–6 years of experience in QA Automation using Java.


• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber, or JUnit.


• Good understanding of API testing (RestAssured, Postman).


• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Maven.


• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have:


• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).


• Knowledge of performance testing or security testing tools.


• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for environment setup.
