Splunk EngineerExperience : 4 to 8 YearsLocation : BangaloreJob Type : Full TimeSplunk Administrator – SIEM Integration & UpgradesKey ResponsibilitiesSplunk Platform Management: Administer and maintain Splunk Enterprise environments, including indexer clusters, search head clusters, and deployment servers. Version Upgrades: Plan, execute, and validate Splunk upgrades to ensure system stability and access to new features. Tagging & CIM Compliance: Implement and manage Splunk tags and ensure data normalization aligns with the Common Information Model (CIM) for consistent analysis and correlation.

SIEM Integration: Integrate Splunk with various Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, ensuring seamless data flow and correlation. Data Onboarding: Facilitate the integration of new data sources into Splunk, ensuring accurate parsing, normalization, and enrichment. Dashboard & Alert Development: Develop and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, and reports tailored to organizational needs.

Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize Splunk performance, including indexing, searching, and storage efficiencies. Security & Compliance: Ensure Splunk configurations adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Experience in Splunk administration, with hands-on experience in Splunk Enterprise and SIEM integrations.

Certifications: Splunk Certified Administrator (or equivalent). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Processing Language (SPL), data onboarding, and tag management. Scripting Languages: Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

SIEM Knowledge: Familiarity with SIEM concepts and integration techniques.
