Jewellery Shop Helper

Key responsibilities

• Customer service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting suitable Jewellery pieces. Provide expert advice on products, styling, and care.
• Sales: Handle sales transactions accurately, including various payment methods, cash/QR/Online.
• Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of current Jewellery trends, specific products, and promotions.
• Store presentation: Arrange and organize displays to be attractive and visually appealing. Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
• Inventory management: Assist with stock control, replenishment, and accurate record-keeping.
• Problem-solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Sales-oriented: A strong customer-first mindset with proven sales skills and the ability to work toward targets.
• Product knowledge: Basic to in-depth knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and current market trends.

• Organizational skills: The ability to manage inventory, maintain store organization, and handle various tasks.
