**Key responsibilities**
- **Customer service**: Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting suitable Jewellery pieces. Provide expert advice on products, styling, and care.
- **Sales**: Handle sales transactions accurately, including various payment methods, cash/QR/Online.
- **Product knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of current Jewellery trends, specific products, and promotions.
- **Store presentation**: Arrange and organize displays to be attractive and visually appealing. Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
- **Inventory management**: Assist with stock control, replenishment, and accurate record-keeping.
- **Problem-solving**: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- **Sales-oriented**: A strong customer-first mindset with proven sales skills and the ability to work toward targets.
