We're looking for a
Program Manager – Customer Experience
to lead high-impact programs that elevate how customers engage with INDOFAST. You will map customer journeys, identify gaps, and drive initiatives that improve satisfaction, reduce friction, and create seamless experiences across every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

  • Map customer journeys to spot pain points and opportunities.
  • Drive CX improvement programs end-to-end, from ideation to execution.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, Ops & Support teams to deliver impactful changes.
  • Use data and customer insights (NPS, CSAT, VoC) to measure and improve experiences.
  • Own initiatives with accountability for outcomes, timelines, and quality.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in program management, CX, or operations (logistics/e-commerce/tech preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
  • Strong in journey mapping, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical mindset; proficient in Excel/SQL, with exposure to BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Familiarity with CX platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Medallia, etc.) is a bonus.
