About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to join our growing development team in Chennai. You'll work closely with clients, designers, and developers to turn ideas into actionable digital solutions. From websites and apps to full-scale platforms, you'll help shape the functionality, user experience, and success of the projects you support.
What You'll Do:
- Gather and document business requirements and user stories
- Bridge communication between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Contribute to solution design, functional specifications, wireframes, and other documentation
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams
- Support project planning, backlog grooming, and testing processes
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital/tech environment
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, UX best practices, and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro
