Work Mode: Work From Office

A Business Analyst focuses on understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and ensuring solutions meet those needs. They act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
  • Analyze data, workflows, and processes to identify gaps or opportunities.
  • Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and requirement documents.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables.
  • Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents (BRD, FRD, user stories).
  • Knowledge of process modeling, UML, BPMN, or similar tools.
  • Effective communication skills for working with both business and technical teams.
