6) Job Description :
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, balance sheet, P&L accounts, and MIS reports.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and provide variance analysis.
- Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indian accounting standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) .
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting (experience in Steel Industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
