Position: Logistic & Supply Executive

Location: Bareja, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with transporters, courier agencies, and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock reports, and replenishment requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documents (delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, shipping documents, etc.).
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle customer/supplier queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, and government regulations for logistics and supply chain.
  • Negotiate with vendors and transporters for cost-effective logistics solutions.
  • Work closely with purchase, sales, and accounts teams for smooth workflow.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports (MIS).
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch (freshers with knowledge can also apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of e-way bills, GST, and basic commercial documentation (preferred).
