About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist to help shape, communicate, and enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice—both internally and externally. This role bridges HR, Marketing, and Communications, ensuring that our people experience and our employer value proposition (EVP) are reflected consistently across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding
- Develop and implement a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with the company's culture, mission, and business goals.
- Create and manage content for employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, careers pages, and social media.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to design recruitment marketing strategies that attract top talent.
- Measure employer brand impact through analytics, surveys, and candidate feedback.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to ensure brand consistency across internal and external channels.
Internal Communications
- Build and execute an internal communications strategy that strengthens employee engagement and aligns teams with company objectives.
- Draft and manage executive messages, newsletters, intranet updates, and internal announcements.
- Partner with leadership and HR to communicate organizational changes, initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Lead communication efforts for employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and events.
- Use storytelling to highlight employee success stories and promote a strong sense of belonging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Marketing, CSR, and Leadership teams to ensure a cohesive narrative across all employee touchpoints.
- Support change management communication strategies for new policies, tools, or structural changes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, or HR Marketing.
- Proven experience managing internal campaigns, social media, or content projects that enhance engagement or attract talent.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, LinkedIn Insights), and content management systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with creative content production (video, design, or digital storytelling).
- Understanding of employee engagement metrics and communications analytics.
- Passion for culture, people, and building meaningful employee experiences.
