Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set performance goals and improve application performance.

Work with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance.

Mentor and guide junior performance testers in performance testing methodologies and best practices.

Continuously monitor application performance in production to proactively identify issues.

Participate in performance testing reviews and provide performance testing reports.

Implement and maintain performance testing environments that closely mimic production settings.

Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools, trends, and industry best practices.
