Position: Faculty Assistant Professor/Associate Professor (PhD is a must for Associate professor)Employment Type: Full-timeLocation: RV University, Bengaluru, KarnatakaKey Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and training to undergraduate students in the respective disciplines.  Develop and implement competency-based curriculum aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and regulatory guidelines.

 Supervise and mentor students in clinical practice, research projects, and skill development.  Engage in academic research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and participate in professional development activities.  Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects to advance healthcare education and innovation.

 Contribute to the institution's community engagement and public health initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Essential:o Bachelor's and Master's in Anaesthesia & OTT Technology/Cardiac Care Technology. o PhD is mandatory for Associate Professor and desirable for Assistant Professor.o Relevant teaching or clinical experience in a healthcare setting.o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong research background for Associate Professor.o For Associate Professor relevant research, teaching and experience as an Assistant Professor in AOTT or CCT programs, and/or in a leadership role overseeing these programs. What
